Compatibility
- Compatible with RJ45 copper cabling environments used with Cisco, HPE, Huawei, Juniper, TP-Link, and similar equipment.
- Supports T568A / T568B termination standards for easy integration into existing structured cabling systems.
- Can be connected to switches, routers, patch panels, information modules, and faceplates.
- Recommended for use with Cat5e modules, patch panels, and RJ45 connectors to prevent lower-grade accessories from affecting link performance.

Link testing or outgoing random inspection can be provided based on project acceptance requirements.
Performance Parameters
- Data Rate: Supports 10 / 100 / 1000Mbps Ethernet transmission, suitable for Gigabit networks.
- 10G / 40G Assessment: Not recommended for 10G / 40G high-speed transmission projects.
- Transmission Frequency: Supports up to 100MHz.
- Fluke Test: Link testing or outgoing random inspection can be provided based on project acceptance requirements.
- Attenuation: Measures link signal loss and is suitable for project acceptance and bulk procurement sampling inspection.
- Crosstalk: Measures near-end crosstalk, power-sum crosstalk, and related parameters to help verify link stability.

- Packaging: Pull box, reel, carton, and pallet packaging are available.
- Export Packaging: Reinforced cartons, pallet packing, and outer-carton shipping marks can be provided.
- MOQ: Standard specifications can be ordered by full carton or full reel.
- Custom MOQ: Special-color, shielding-structure, printing, or OEM packaging orders are confirmed by project quantity; custom projects can be discussed for requirements of RMB 200,000 or above.
Installation & Use
- Installation: Supports conduit, cable tray, trunking, underfloor routing, and in-wall pre-embedded cabling.
- Pre-terminated: Pre-terminated service is available; cables can be cut to specified lengths and pre-fitted with RJ45 connectors.
- Termination Standard: Use either T568A or T568B consistently during installation; mixing both wiring schemes in the same project is not recommended.
- Installation Notes: Avoid excessive bending, compression, and heavy pulling; avoid long parallel runs with power cables.
- Installation Check: After installation, check the wiring sequence, continuity, and link length; Fluke testing can be performed as required for project acceptance.
Lead Time & Supply Capacity
- In-stock Availability: Common cable specifications are usually in stock for replenishment and urgent projects.
- Production Lead Time: For items not in stock, production usually takes approximately 10 working days.
- Custom Lead Time: For color, shielding structure, jacket material, printing, or OEM packaging requirements, lead time is confirmed based on order quantity and production schedule.
- Shipment Confirmation: Inventory quantity, packaging method, and estimated dispatch time can be confirmed before ordering.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of projects is Category 5 Enhanced Cable mainly used for?
-
It is mainly used for standard voice, data, and basic Ethernet cabling, and is suitable for office buildings, commercial facilities, and low-voltage system projects.
What is the difference between Cat5e and Cat6?
-
Cat5e is suitable for standard network cabling; Cat6 provides higher bandwidth headroom and better crosstalk control, making it better suited for Gigabit networks and more demanding projects.
How should I choose U/UTP and F/UTP?
-
U/UTP is suitable for typical office environments; F/UTP can be considered where electromagnetic interference is higher.
Can the jacket and inkjet printing be customized?
-
Yes. Jacket material, color, meter marking, model marking, and brand marking can be customized according to project requirements.
Can samples be provided for testing?
-
Samples can be provided; sample freight is usually borne by the customer.
