Drop Cable for Fiber to the Home

This design gives strength and prevents breakage during bending. We make this cable on a separate production line. We have dedicated coloring machines, sheathing lines, and cabling equipment. Many factories make only copper or only fiber. We make both. Why? Because the market is moving from copper to fiber. FTTH demand keeps growing. Our product meets this demand head-on. It supports G.657A2 bend-insensitive fiber. The minimum bending radius is 15 mm or even smaller. This handles tight turns in home conduit with no problem.
Strong Tensile with Flexible Fiber
Our FTTH Drop Cable uses high-strength steel wire or FRP for the strength members. Steel gives higher tensile strength. FRP does not conduct electricity. This is safer near power lines. Choose based on your installation environment. The G.657A2 fiber inside is bend-insensitive. It handles sharp corners easily. The jacket is LSZH or PVC. LSZH is safer for indoor use. It produces less smoke in a fire. The cable measures about 2.0 x 3.0 mm. It works from -20°C to +60°C. Short-term tensile strength is ≥ 80N. Our product is reliable for home installation.
