Compatibility
- Compatible with optical transceiver link environments used with Cisco, HPE, Huawei, and similar equipment.
- Can be used with outdoor backbone cabling, campus networks, ODF, fiber cross-connect cabinets, and outdoor access links.
- Interface options can be confirmed with LC, SC, FC, ST, MPO, or other connectors.
- Multi-core projects can be labeled according to port numbers, fiber sequence, and polarity requirements.
Performance Parameters
- Data Rate: Can be used for 10G / 40G optical transceiver links; confirm based on single-mode / multimode type, core count, distance, and loss budget.
- Test Standard: Fiber link testing can be performed as required, including insertion loss, return loss, end-face inspection, or OTDR testing.
- Fluke Test: Fiber test equipment can be used for link-loss testing according to acceptance requirements.
- Attenuation: Measures fiber transmission loss and is suitable for outgoing random inspection and project acceptance.
- Crosstalk: Fiber projects focus on polarity, fiber sequence, end-face cleanliness, and link loss to avoid port mismatch or link faults.
Materials & Construction
- Fiber Type: Single-mode OS2 or multimode OM3 / OM4 / OM5 can be selected according to project requirements.
- Jacket Material: Optional LSZH low-smoke zero-halogen jacket; PE or protective constructions can be selected for outdoor projects based on the environment.
- Construction Options: Strength members, armor layers, water-blocking construction, and PE / LSZH jacket options can be selected according to project requirements.
- Specification Confirmation: Core count, outer diameter, jacket color, printing, and reel length can be confirmed according to order requirements.

- Packaging: Wooden drum, reel, carton, and pallet packaging are available for long-distance transportation and cable pay-off.
- Label Packaging: Labels can include length, core count, fiber type, direction, and project number.
- MOQ: Standard core counts and lengths can be ordered by roll or drum.
- Custom MOQ: Special core count, construction, jacket, or pre-terminated orders are confirmed by project quantity; custom projects can be discussed for requirements of RMB 200,000 or above.
Installation & Use
- Installation: Supports duct, aerial, outdoor tray, or project-specified installation methods.
- Pre-terminated: Pre-terminated service is available; LC, SC, FC, ST, or MPO connectors can be pre-installed to specified lengths.
- Installation Notes: Control pulling force and bend radius during installation; avoid compression, twisting, and end-face contamination.
- Labeling Management: Multi-core fiber cables should be labeled by fiber number, in/out direction, and port mapping.
- Installation Check: After completion, check end faces, polarity, link loss, and fiber coiling condition.
Lead Time & Supply Capacity
- In-stock Availability: Common core counts and constructions are usually in stock for replenishment and urgent projects.
- Production Lead Time: For items not in stock, production usually takes approximately 10 working days.
- Custom Lead Time: For core count, length, armored construction, jacket material, or pre-termination requirements, lead time is confirmed based on order quantity and production schedule.
- Shipment Confirmation: Inventory quantity, packaging method, and estimated dispatch time can be confirmed before ordering.
- Supports GYXTW, GYTA, GYTS, and other construction options.
