Compatibility
- Compatible with optical transceiver link and fiber distribution environments used with Cisco, HPE, Huawei, and similar equipment.
- Can be used for high-capacity ODF fiber distribution, backbone cable termination, pigtail splicing, and equipment-room distribution.
- Interface options can be confirmed with LC, SC, FC, ST, MPO, and other adapters, pigtails, and splice modules.
- Port numbers, fiber sequence, and polarity can be labeled according to project drawings or cabling specifications.
Performance Parameters
- Data Rate: Can carry 10G / 40G fiber links; actual speed depends on fiber type, adapter configuration, and optical transceiver.
- Test Standard: After installation, insertion loss, return loss, end-face condition, or OTDR link testing can be performed as required.
- Fluke Test: Fiber link-loss testing can be performed according to project acceptance requirements.
- Attenuation: Confirmed according to adapter, pigtail, splice point, and total link loss.
- Crosstalk: Focuses on polarity, fiber sequence, port numbering, and end-face cleanliness to avoid port mismatch.
Materials & Construction
- Fiber Type: Single-mode OS2 or multimode OM3 / OM4 / OM5 adapters, pigtails, or components can be selected according to the configuration.
- Jacket Material: Matching pigtails or pre-terminated cables can be supplied with an optional LSZH low-smoke zero-halogen jacket.
- Cabinet Material: Cold-rolled steel cabinet body, splice trays, adapter panels, and cable management structures can be used.
- Configuration Confirmation: Port quantity, interface type, adapter color, splice tray quantity, and labeling method can be confirmed by order.

- Packaging: Individual carton, foam protection, outer carton, and pallet packaging are available.
- Accessory Packaging: Screws, labels, adapters, splice trays, or mounting accessories can be included in the box.
- MOQ: Common configurations can be ordered by unit, piece, or full carton.
- Custom MOQ: Special port, interface, color, capacity, or OEM packaging orders are confirmed by project quantity; custom projects can be discussed for requirements of RMB 200,000 or above.
Installation & Use
- Installation: Supports floor-standing installation in equipment rooms or telecom rooms, suitable for high-capacity centralized fiber management.
- Pre-terminated: Adapters, pigtails, splice trays, or pre-terminated modules can be configured according to the project.
- Installation Notes: Confirm cable entry/exit direction, port numbering, fiber coiling space, and maintenance access.
- Construction Protection: Keep connectors and adapters dust-protected, and control the bend radius during fiber coiling.
- Installation Check: After completion, check end faces, labels, fiber coiling condition, and link loss.
Lead Time & Supply Capacity
- In-stock Availability: Common capacities and cabinet configurations are usually in stock for replenishment and urgent projects.
- Production Lead Time: For items not in stock, production usually takes approximately 10 working days.
- Custom Lead Time: For port quantity, interface type, configuration solution, or OEM packaging requirements, lead time is confirmed based on order quantity and production schedule.
