Compatibility
- Compatible with LC fiber splicing and distribution environments used with Cisco, HPE, Huawei, and similar equipment.
- Can be used for ODF, fiber patch panels, fiber termination boxes, splice trays, and cable termination.
- The LC connector end is used for equipment or adapter connection, while the bare fiber end is used for field splicing.
Performance Parameters
- Data Rate: Can be used for 10G / 40G optical transceiver links; confirm based on single-mode / multimode type, connector, and link distance.
- Test Standard: Before shipment, insertion loss, return loss, and end-face quality can be inspected as required.
- Fluke Test: After splicing, fiber link-loss testing can be performed according to project acceptance requirements.
- Attenuation: Measures connector insertion loss and post-splicing link loss.
- Crosstalk: Focuses on fiber numbering, port mapping, and end-face cleanliness to avoid wrong-fiber splicing or port mismatch.
Materials & Construction
- Fiber Type: Single-mode OS2 or multimode OM3 / OM4 / OM5 can be selected according to project requirements.
- Jacket Material: Optional LSZH low-smoke zero-halogen jacket, suitable for ODF and indoor distribution.
- Connector Construction: The LC end can be produced according to UPC / APC end-face and color requirements.
- Bare Fiber End: Used for splicing; the end should be protected and length-marked before shipment.

- Packaging: Individual bag, label packaging, carton, and pallet packaging are available.
- Label Packaging: Connector type, length, fiber type, end face, and batch number can be marked.
- MOQ: Common interfaces and lengths can be ordered by pack or full carton.
- Custom MOQ: Special length, end face, color, or OEM packaging orders are confirmed by project quantity; custom projects can be discussed for requirements of RMB 200,000 or above.
Installation & Use
- Installation: The connector end plugs into an adapter or device port, while the bare fiber end is used for splicing.
- Pre-terminated: The connector end is factory pre-terminated; only the bare fiber splice end needs to be handled on site.
- Installation Notes: Protect the bare fiber end before splicing to avoid contamination, bending, and tensile damage.
- Fiber Coiling Requirement: After splicing, arrange the fiber along the coiling path while maintaining the bend radius and clear port numbering.
- Installation Check: After completion, check end faces, splice points, fiber numbers, and link loss.
Lead Time & Supply Capacity
- In-stock Availability: Common interfaces and lengths are usually in stock for replenishment and urgent projects.
- Production Lead Time: For items not in stock, production usually takes approximately 10 working days.
- Custom Lead Time: For connector, length, end face, fiber type, or OEM packaging requirements, lead time is confirmed based on order quantity and production schedule.
- Shipment Confirmation: Inventory quantity, packaging method, and estimated dispatch time can be confirmed before ordering.
