- Supports T568A / T568B wiring schemes and can be used with matching patch panels, modules, and device ports.
- Suitable for short-distance connections among switches, routers, patch panels, information modules, and faceplates.
- Recommended for use with Cat6 modules, patch panels, and RJ45 connectors to maintain the same grade across the link.
Link testing or outgoing random inspection can be provided based on project acceptance requirements.
Performance Parameters
- Data Rate: Supports Gigabit Ethernet; short-distance 10G links should be confirmed based on link length, termination components, and test results.
- 10G / 40G Assessment: Not recommended for 40G copper cabling projects.
- Fluke Test: Finished patch cords can be tested according to project acceptance requirements.
- Attenuation: Measures signal loss after the patch cable is inserted into the link.
- Crosstalk: Measures pair-to-pair interference and helps reduce unstable port connections.
- Test Items: Wiring sequence, continuity, length, attenuation, and crosstalk can be verified.
Materials & Construction
- Copper Purity: 99.99% high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors can be used.
- Cable Construction: Multi-pair twisted copper conductors; length and color can be produced according to project port-management requirements.
- Jacket Material: Optional LSZH low-smoke zero-halogen jacket, suitable for cabinets, office buildings, and public-building cabling.
- Connector Construction: RJ45 connectors are factory crimped and can be supplied with boots, anti-bend strain relief boots, or labels.
- Packaging: Individual bag, grouped pack, carton, and pallet packaging are available.
- Label Packaging: Labels can include length, color, port number, or project number.
- MOQ: Standard lengths and colors can be ordered by pack or full carton.
- Custom MOQ: Special length, color, wiring scheme, label, or OEM packaging orders are confirmed by project quantity; custom projects can be discussed for requirements of RMB 200,000 or above.
Installation & Use
For daily installation, it works well for short connections between switches, routers, patch panels, keystone modules, wall plates, and end devices. If the whole link needs to stay at Cat6 level, pair it with Cat6 patch panels, Cat6 modules, and Cat6 RJ45 connectors instead of mixing in lower grade parts.
