Compatible with 19-inch RJ45 cabinet cabling environments used with Cisco, HPE, Huawei, and similar equipment.
Supports T568A / T568B termination standards.
Can connect horizontal cables, patch cords, switches, and cabinet cabling systems.
Recommended for use with Cat6 modules, patch panels, and RJ45 connectors to maintain link-grade consistency.

Data Rate: Supports Gigabit Ethernet; short-distance 10G links should be confirmed based on link length, termination components, and test results.
10G / 40G Assessment: Not recommended for 40G copper cabling projects.
Fluke Test: After termination, the complete link can be Fluke tested.
Attenuation: Confirmed by complete-link test results; port termination quality affects loss.
Crosstalk: Port spacing, IDC termination, and pair untwist length affect crosstalk performance.

Panel Material: Cold-rolled steel or metal panels with surface coating can be used.
Termination Structure: Cat6-grade RJ45 ports and IDC terminals, suitable for terminating corresponding-grade 99.99% pure-copper Ethernet cables.
Label Structure: Port numbers, replaceable label strips, or cable management brackets can be configured.
Matching Cable: Can be used with LSZH jacketed cables for cabinet and indoor project cabling.

Packaging & MOQ

Packaging: Individual carton, foam protection, outer carton, and pallet packaging are available.
Accessory Packaging: Screws, label strips, or cable management accessories can be included in the box.
MOQ: Standard port specifications can be ordered by unit or full carton.
Custom MOQ: Special port count, color, labels, or OEM packaging orders are confirmed by project quantity; custom projects can be discussed for requirements of RMB 200,000 or above.

Installation: Supports 19-inch cabinet or rack mounting.
Pre-terminated: Can be used with pre-terminated modules, patch cords, or project-based kit solutions to reduce on-site termination work.
Termination Standard: Use either T568A or T568B consistently during installation and keep port numbering consistent.
Installation Notes: Horizontal cables entering the patch panel should be fixed and managed to avoid port strain.
Installation Check: After completion, check wiring sequence, continuity, port labels, and link test results.
