Compatibility
- Compatible with 19-inch cabinet, patch panel, switch, and patch-cord management environments.
- Can be used with cabinets housing Cisco, HPE, Huawei, Juniper, and similar equipment.
- Suitable for front-end management of copper patch cords, fiber patch cords, and high-density ports.
Performance Parameters
This product can be used in switch, server, patch panel, and fiber distribution installations for 10G or 40G cabling. After the cabinet cabling is completed, copper links can be checked with a Fluke tester, while fiber links can be tested according to the project acceptance requirements.
For stable operation, allow enough routing space and keep the cable bend radius under control. Power and data cables should be routed separately where possible, with enough room around ports for maintenance. Cabinet size and structure should be selected based on equipment weight, installation depth, ventilation, and future access.
Materials & Construction
The structure can use cold rolled steel panels with plastic cable management rings or a metal cable management system, depending on the cabinet layout. Powder coating or rustproof treatment is available for equipment rooms and ELV or low voltage rooms.
It can be used with 99.99% pure copper Ethernet cables, LSZH jacketed cables, and single mode or multimode fiber systems. U height, width, depth, door panels, shelves, fans, PDU, and cable management accessories can be confirmed according to the project order.

- Packaging: Individual carton, outer carton, and pallet packaging are available.
- Transport Protection: Corner protection, scratch-resistant packaging, and reinforced outer cartons can be provided to reduce transport compression damage.
- MOQ: Standard specifications can be ordered by piece or full carton.
- Custom MOQ: Special size, color, door panel, accessory, or OEM packaging orders are confirmed by project quantity; custom projects can be discussed for requirements of RMB 200,000 or above.
Installation & Use
This unit is installed horizontally in the cabinet to organize front patch cords and port routing. It can be used with pre terminated copper cables, fiber patch cords, or distribution modules to reduce on site cabling work.
Plan the installation together with the patch panel and switch port positions, so the patch cords are not bent too tightly. Keep power and data cables separated, leave clear cable routes, and reserve enough slack for later maintenance.
After installation, check the fixing condition, grounding, door panels, accessories, and cable management.
