The production line project of Anhui Yongjie Copper Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 100,000 tons of high-precision copper alloy plates and strips and 50,000 tons of copper strip billets, is located within the Nanling County Economic Development Zone. The total investment for the project amounts to 2.016 billion yuan, and the total construction area is approximately 173,590 square meters. The comprehensive cabling of a smart factory is not just a simple laying of lines, but also the foundation for realizing the intelligence, digitalization, and automation of the production process. Reasonable cabling design can enhance the reliability, flexibility, and scalability of the system, supporting the intelligent transformation of enterprise manufacturing capabilities.
This project adopts WINWANT's Category 6 unshielded system and 10-gigabit single-mode optical system to ensure 10-gigabit and gigabit connectivity to the terminals. During the implementation process, WINWANT's innovative use of optical-electrical composite cables has been employed. The use of these cables can reduce wiring materials and labor costs, as one cable can simultaneously meet the needs of power and data transmission. WINWANT has explored a new solution for decentralized integrated access in large factories.
