The Jurong Elderly Care Home is located in the Jurong Economic Development Zone, 12 kilometers away from the city center. The project covers an area of approximately 9,200 square meters and provides 243 elderly care beds. Upon completion, the project will primarily meet the care needs of disabled and demented individuals who are particularly impoverished in the city, as well as those who are centrally supported by Huayang Street, Chongming Street, and Huangmei Street. The excess beds will be operated on a socialized basis.
The project not only integrates computer communication systems and security systems but also includes systems such as nurse-patient intercom and emergency alarm systems. Integrated wiring is crucial as the foundation for carrying the data transmission of these systems. This time, WINWANT's Category 6 unshielded system and 10-gigabit single-mode optical system are adopted to ensure 10-gigabit and gigabit backbone to terminals. Efficiently and stably supporting various smart elderly care facilities, it provides the most economical configuration for the entire project, ensuring high availability of the entire system for the next 15-20 years and providing reliable support for the operation of the nursing home.
